Our clients range in size and diversity from individuals and professional service corporations to emerging high-tech firms and manufacturing companies.

SAI has offices located in Binghamton and Syracuse, New York. We have an experienced and highly trained staff of employees including actuaries and pension analysts.     President & Chief Actuary

    Under Dane's leadership, SAI is committed to your service satisfaction. As an actuary and consultant with over 30 years of experience designing retirement programs, he oversees company operations and serves as a consultant on a select group of retirement plans.

  • Pat M. Balla, QPA, FLMI

    Assistant Vice President

    Pat is responsible for operations of our Syracuse office and serves as a consultant on a large number of our qualified retirement plans. She has more than 30 years of experience in the pension administration business and is well versed in all aspects of Defined Benefit, 412(e)(3), and 401(k) profit sharing plans. Pat previously served as the Director of Pension Administration for a major insurance company and for a third-party administration firm as well.

    Manager - Syracuse Office

    With more than 30 years' experience in working with various qualified pension plans including 401(k), 403(b), and profit sharing plans, Connie is well versed in retirement plan administration. Connie has had numerous positions during her career in the insurance industry which includes serving as supervisor of the pension administration department for a large U.S. life insurance company.

    Manager - Binghamton Office

    Kathy has more than 25 years of pension experience with full administration on various types of qualified plans including profit sharing, target benefit and defined benefit plans.  She has been one of the driving forces directing the defined benefit plan sector of our business including fully insured plans.  She is particularly involved with DB plan design, administration and termination, including training other staff to assist with this work.
